1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using hire4higherconsulting.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These terms are between you and Hire4Higher Consulting ("H4H", "we", "us", "our"), an India-based company headquartered at 701-706, Priviera, Near Nehru Nagar Cross Roads, Patel Colony, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the Site only - browsing, reading content, submitting a contact form, subscribing to updates. Any paid engagement with H4H (consulting, development, marketing, design, hire-talent, micro-GCC) is governed by a separate written contract (statement of work, master service agreement, etc.) signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a signed engagement contract, the engagement contract prevails for matters within its scope.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Site to learn about our services, browse case studies, contact us, and apply for open roles. You may not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false information through forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content at scale without our written permission (politely-paced crawling for indexing or AI training is allowed - see our robots.txt and llms.txt)
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Site's operation
• Use the Site to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site - text, images, logos, illustrations, schemas, code, video - is owned by H4H or licensed to us, and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and quote short excerpts for personal or editorial use with attribution. You may not copy substantial portions, republish, or use the content commercially without our written consent.

"Hire4Higher", "Hire4Higher Consulting", and the H4H logo are trademarks of Hire4Higher Consulting.

5. User submissions

If you submit information through a form (e.g., a discovery-call inquiry), you grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose you submitted it for - replying to you, scoping work, etc. We treat submitted business information as confidential and won't share it with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links and resources

The Site links to client websites, partner sites, articles, and tools we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those sites. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general informational purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or fitness-for-purpose of any content. Case-study metrics reflect specific engagements and are not a guarantee of similar results for your business.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H4H is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) or the equivalent in your local currency.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify H4H and its team against any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or any conduct we reasonably believe to be harmful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
